Supervisors Advised on City of Carmel Valley Feasibility

Frank Lunding will give a presentation to the Monterey County Supervisors on Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 1:30 PM at the Supervisors’ chambers in Salinas. Lunding is the attorney who filed a lawsuit against the Monterey County Supervisors over outdated fiscal numbers in the feasibility study that favored a possible Carmel Valley municipality. Frank Lunding filed the lawsuit for Protect Carmel Valley, Inc. to challenge the CV incorporation proponents-paid feasibility study that was published in 2002-2003. Everyone is invited to attend. The other side will also have an opportunity to speak to the Supervisors. Each side gets 1/2 hour.
