About UsSave Carmel Valley -- No on Incorporation Save Carmel Valley – No on Incorporation is a new organization that came together in January of 2005. It is a coalition of homeowner associations, business leaders and community activists working to prevent Carmel Valley from becoming incorporated. Before SCV was established, a number of smaller organizations existed to fight cityhood. No on Incorporation, Carmel Greater Association and Valley Watch were some of the early organization that fought the petition process in 2002. Valley Watch organized and helped to financed the postcard survey of over 1500 residences that was released in early 2003. Donations can be mailed to Save Carmel Valley – No on Incorporation at P.O.
